At Wide, we will try to provide you with enough information so that you can make an informed decision about using our services, as well as about some information received from you, such as: name, email address, phone number, certificate number, etc. . Received software licenses:

When installing the software, no access is received from you, but when using the platform, it is necessary to provide the required access to it.

Contacts: In order to invite others to Vide, to transfer money through the contact's mobile number, Vide needs to have access to your contacts and this possibility will only be possible if you give your permission.

Location: Obtaining permission to receive location is optional in the client version and is used in the payment receipts section. It is not possible to use wide services for receivers without access to the location.

Camera: If you want to use some of our services, such as paying city bills, scanning QR Code and editing profile photos, you need to give Wide permission to use the camera.

Dos and don'ts of using Vide:

Security:

Your information is stored on WIDE's secure servers in Central Bank approved data centers and we will protect this data as assets that must be protected to the utmost. Log Data Events:

In WIDE, some event information is collected to be used when an error occurs and to solve the problem. This information sent includes Device ID, user IP, Device Model, Device OS version, and the time and date of the incident and other items related to the service.

Marketing Operations:

The marketing team is always analyzing some data in order to check the demands of the customers so that it can provide appropriate services according to the interests and needs of the customers. This information may be collected by some other companies (through third party products) and may include AD Push Notification, Google play ID, Phone Brand, Device Name, ID, etc.

Central Bank and Shaparak rules:

According to the requirements and laws of Central Bank and Shoprak, no terminal will be able to connect to the payment network without authenticating the national code and SIM card in the name of the user. For this reason, the platform receives this information upon entry and matches it with the Shahkar Civil Registration System, and if the registrant's nationality code is inconsistent with the SIM card, the entry to the platform is prevented.

Request information on Wide:

The request for information such as name and surname, date of birth, gender, city and province is made in order to complete the user profile and provide better and more targeted services to platform wide users. According to the Central Bank and Shaparak payment network, access to information such as national code and contact number is mandatory in order to maximize the security of transactions in services such as card-to-card and eliminate the possibility of any phishing and abuse. Storing information related to transactions, card number, card expiration date, and payment location is aimed at increasing the speed of transactions and making the platform easier to use, and it enables the platform to provide a more accurate transaction receipt to the user even with a precise location. to give At the request of the user, this information is not saved.Access to the SMS notification with the user's permission during the transaction allows the second password to be entered automatically and the user has a faster and more convenient payment.

Platform Wide User Agreement:

By using Platform Wide, you confirm that you have carefully read and accept the User Agreement.

1- Wide platform’s version of Android is prepared for phones of version 5 (version 21 of the Android operating system) and above, and its implementation is guaranteed without problems on all these devices.

2- Using the wide platform requires registration and creating a user account. To create a customer account, you just need to enter your mobile number and after receiving the confirmation code sent by SMS, enter it and enter your account. To create a user account, the recipient needs to enter his and his business details after going through the above steps, and at the end, the user account and announced details must be approved by the operator to activate his user account.

3- Creating a user account requires providing a valid mobile phone number, receiving an activation SMS from the numbers 009810008800800800 and 0098200080008382 and 009890001394200080008382 and entering the correct code when registering on the platform.

4- Installation, registration and activation of the user account is completely free.

Gifts:

Wide has made it possible for its users to receive rewards based on the number of in-app transactions and their activity without drawing a lottery. In this way, each user receives points for each transaction. The user can choose a prize based on his score among the list of prizes without drawing a lottery. The amount of points for each transaction is different based on the type of service received.

Prize tracking:

Normally, after 10 working days, the result of the bonus request will be announced to the user through a phone call. If the user is not contacted after 10 working days, he can follow up his request through the support department or email.

Invitation rules:

An invitation is an act in which the user invites another active and authentic user to Wide as his subset in order to benefit from cash or non-cash prizes of Wide campaigns.

In case of non-compliance with these rules, there will be no right or claim for the wrong user to receive the prize or to keep his user account active, and the prizes donated from the place of fraud will be blocked. It is mandatory to comply with the following in Wide:

1- In order to participate in the invitation campaign, the inviter and invitee must complete their profile information (name and national code). If the profile is not completed, it will not be possible to participate in the campaign.

2- The use of a fake SIM card for registration and use of Wide is prohibited, both by the inviter and the invited user, so if this case is detected, the user account will be blocked.

3- The use of emulator programs for any purpose is prohibited and the user account will be blocked if identified.

4- It is forbidden to have multiple active user accounts on one mobile phone or tablet.

5- It is forbidden to invite non-genuine, fake, bot, duplicate and inactive users in order to receive the invitation prize.
